The sTaRe Network was a decentralized affiliation of Non-Prophet Organizations dedicated to the distribution of quality arts and letters via new mediums. It grew out of the many contributors to the sTaRe Mobblog which ran from 2003-2005.The network was comprised of blogs, SMS and rich media for cellular platforms, on demand print, merchandising, video and audio sources, A.R.G. networks (Alternate Reality Gaming) and virtually any other “X” factor of media that you can think of.
